Part 1
The plans of Obama, his political backers, and his fellow travelers dictate that a single Presidential term is better than two terms. Completing a second term simply delays by four years his official step “upward” to the world political scene. The single Presidential term provides plenty of opportunity to show how he wants to straighten out America. It’s not like an additional four years will permit significant additional “progress” in transforming this nation from a thoroughly contemptible country to a somewhat less corrupt society.
This is how the intellectuals, the media, and other statist leftists will present the story. Lots of folks think that President of the United States is the most powerful job in the world. Any change such that POTUS is not so powerful, is exactly the sort of “change” that can entice the left to pray. The rallying cry of “hope and change” is exactly what the most powerful backers of Obama have in mind.
Obama plans to run for re-election in 2012, but get cheated out of a second term. This builds street cred on the world stage. The legacy media can ensure that a fair-and-square defeat is not presented that way. Defeat in the 2012 Democratic Party primaries to the current Hillary diehards, is definitely unacceptable. He needs to be cheated out of a second term at the hands of the average American, in the general election, because it’s the inherently corrupt American citizenry that is to be disparaged on the World Stage.
Plans for just a single term means that this administration can go full-bore, not applying the brakes, and not deviating from its ideal of expanding government and furthering the top-down management of society. When its followers push the agenda at the expense of re-election, the true believers stand out from the pragmatists. A goal of actually getting bills through the legislative process is trumped by an approach that conclusively demonstrates who commits to The Cause even in the face of electoral defeat.
One can surmise that the backers of Barack Obama, those who implemented a successful choice of candidate and the accompanying campaign, those who steer the administration’s strategy, those who decide the slant of what appears on the teleprompter, and follow through with the necessary coaching of the teleprompter reader, are in this for the long haul.
In this manner, a single term as POTUS will be Obama’s stepping stone to the world stage. This current position is a means to an end, at least in the eyes of the statists yearning for world government. Barack Obama as POTUS 44 is rather obliged to represent the quite particular interests of this particular nation and its citizens. This places Obama in the uncomfortable position of operating “behind enemy lines.”
We witnessed some of his world-scale “coming out” activities as part of Election Campaign 2008. When Obama eventually formally moves onto the world stage he can straightforwardly “come out” and show his more “nuanced” inclinations and loyalties. He is then free to rub elbows with his kind of people.
Obama’s career move, from President of the United States to top dog in the world government project, is seen as a promotion, a leadership advance, because to such a narcissistic person, wherever he’s doing his thing, that’s the center of the universe. If he’s not the top dog for a while, he at least should be: he deserves it not by birth but by the very nature of the universe. Any denial of that fact is simply racism.
Naturally he will repeatedly identify his goal of doing what is best for the USA; it is his home by birth. His perspective is grounded in the pseudo-motto of his two-decades-long father figure. The father figure’s motto of “God Damn America” leads to enormous misunderstanding while Obama’s choice of “America is No Good” is far more palatable.
Various picayune activities, such as elections in Virginia, Massachusetts, and Copenhagen (re the “Chicago Olympics” interests) can be left behind – - these activities are beneath the stature of a World Leader of Messiah caliber. The 2010 election will greatly limit his legislative program, but this can work in his favor, because then it is clear that his wisdom is up against the far-ranging stupidity and evil of the large number of “typical” Americans.
Even if he is essentially neutered by Congress, he may have one potent ace up his sleeve. He will implement unilateral nuclear disarmament by executive order. How do you like that for change, folks? Disarmament decreases the power of POTUS, and it also guarantees that Obama gets cheated out of reelection.
Impeachment would make the left jump for joy (Consider their taunt: “We dare you!!”)
Incidentally, this is not so much Obama’s plan as that of his handlers and backers. Barack Obama is a talented teleprompter reader, not a leader (and certainly not the visionary to have such a plan.) If we are lucky, Obama will display tantrums, meanness or narcissism to a degree that he becomes damaged goods. Keep in mind, however, that these characteristics might be resume enhancements on the world stage.
It’s hard to plan on luck, so “Be Prepared.”

Hint: It’s in the left’s interests that, before he gets there, the United Nations fully renounce the last vestiges of its original charter, which was put in place by a few western powers a half century ago. The 21st Century charter will place third world countries on a pedestal, and will heap scorn on western nations.
